The Bibliography of the Global Campus Journal must conform with the Author-Date system of the Chicago Manual of Style.
Authors must follow these requirements:
- Please use consistently British English spelling.
- Sentence-style capitalisation (i.e. capitalise only the first word of a sentence or phrase and proper nouns)
- The sample citations for the CMOS Author-Date style are available here: https://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/tools_citationguide/citation-guide-2.html
- We are moving away from having the long and meaningless lines of URLs in the paper and hiding them with a hyperlink. Can authors convert URLs in the bibliography to a hyperlink using the text Link. Here is what it looks like:
Before:
Lokot, Michelle and Amiya Bathia. 2020. “Unequal and invisible: A feminist political economy approach to valuing women’s care labor in the COVID-19 response.” Frontiers in Sociology. November 6, 2020, available at https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fsoc.2020.588279/full (last visited 1 May 2021)

- Please check all your URL links are live.
- DOI links are preferred and can be used instead of links to a webpage. In this case the “last visited” date is not needed.
